Five Stars for Larry and Greg—Skyline’s Finest Larry and Greg just left my home after doing some expert “fine tuning” on our Skyline house, which had been shipped from Pennsylvania to Connecticut. Naturally, things get a little jostled in transit—but these two craftsmen handled every detail with precision, humor, and an incredible depth of experience. They didn’t just fix things—they restored confidence. Every door, drawer, and trim piece was addressed with care and professionalism. They worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience feel easy. Skyline truly backs up their homes, and Larry and Greg are living proof. Thanks again, guys—you made my and my son’s day shine.

Where do I begin? Moved in March 2022... Customer Service? Fine at first, but if you have too many problems with the home they built you, you're on your own. The person who initially took our info and issues down left the company and we waited almost 2 months before we called and found that out, no follow through on communication or issues.... Michael Axmacher was our POC for 90% of our journey. His lack luster customer service and arrogant approach is the reason for this review. At one point I was told $500 compensation for 3 cabinets and a crooked wall was all the compensation we could be offered. That was the cost for his 2 guys to drive from PA to Maine for 2 days worth of work ( all expenses included ).... Those guys making minimum wage? Hotels are free? Food? Man... what an insu

I love the style home but there were many issues AFTER WE MOVED IN! The porch steps and porch itself is bad! Lifting cheap wood. The steps are to high compared to Eagle River homes. We are seniors! The paint job was atrocious and the floors are lifting. We've only been here 2 years.

Over spray all over the house. Mouldings litterly falling off wall. Got locked out 2 times. Poor workman's ship putting in the locks. Shutters only on one side of the house. Appliances missing. No dish washer, sink leaks. No handicap handles in the showers & tubs.

My parents lived happily in their manufactured home for over 15 years. Home built in early 2000. However, upon recent inspection of roof and noting several leaks, it seems roof was poorly installed and no oversight on quality of work. Certainly correctable by better roofers at a huge cost today. The 3 star rating (2.5 if that was a choice) is very generous in spite of the inept installation of the roof which is a huge and integral portion of the house. To find out many years later that the installation was a shoddy job throughout, is very disappointing. For prospective new buyers, the home is spacious and suited my parents, just be absolutely certain your dealer has your best interest.
