SKYGARDEN Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE! We pay $2,300 EACH a month to live here and regret nothing more. This is the worst place ever to live, on top of the absolute filth, horrible appliances, bug issues, the staff is dismissive. Never once in the year living here have we ever had helpful experience with the leasing office, they are always passive, inconsiderate, and dismissive of our issues. We haven’t have a working dishwasher for +6 months, no hot water for 3 weeks, only 3 outlets work in the unit, paint fumes infiltrated in all of my furniture, fruit FLIES EVERYWHERE, in every hall, unit and elevator, ceiling leaked through and we had to get a hotel for three nights WHICH THEY DIDN’T PAY FOR, without WARNING! The first week living here they would turn off the water for 10+ hours, for at least three days. W

Great experience with Sky Garden Apartments! Meriya was awesome! Very responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. The apartments were beautiful and the overall experience was very smooth.

I typically don't write reviews on Google, much less before leasing here myself, but this experience left me so incensed I had to say something. I have been in the process of leasing with SkyGarden; I've frequently spoken to their staff (super friendly and educational) and look forward to seeing the building myself. I called in this afternoon to double check their availability for a tour in the near future, and was answered with an AI representative. In the past, I have had correspondence with their human staff (via both email and phone) with no issue, so why suddenly implement an AI agent? I was unable to get an answer to a rather time-sensitive question, as the AI would not transfer me to a human representative. To replace your employees with a machine speaks to nothing but this company'

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've called SkyGarden Apts. Leasing Office in Charleston, SC quite a few times with many questions in preparation for my son's August 2025 move in. The staff, and in particular Meriya, treated me with patience, kindness, and respect. Meriya was very helpful, answered all of my questions on more than one occasion, and went above and beyond to give me as much information as possible. I appreciate it very much! The other day, Brandon answered the phone and he was also extremely helpful with a bill paying issue I was having. Thank you both for being so professional! It means so much. Update: My son has been living here for three months. Once again, I experienced excellent customer service on my most recent calls. Thank you especially to Meriya for always helping

If i could give this place zero stars i would. My son moved in for the summer and the place was absolutely disgusting. Fruit flies all in the kitchen, living room and hall way, busted up christmas tree in his room, pubes and hair all over the bathroom sink and counter, shower and toilet that also has pee stains going down the sides, debris and pills all over his room, marks all over his walls, kitchen smelled like rotten milk and food everywhere. They did not do a walk through when the previous tenant moved out which was required based on the lease agreement. As a parent if i could have put him some where else i would have. The lease agreement you need to read carefully because if anything happens that is their fault, you waive any liability towards them. This place is a rip off for t
