we were in the process of renting a house on 79902. The agent we worked with was Nadia. She has mentioned to us how the house will upgrade to refrigerated air and they planed on putting a drive way. There were other verbal agreements that she and I have talked about. As time gets further to the move in date we are realizing those upgrades were not true. The landlord expected a higher rent rate for those upgrade when It was mentioned to us by the agent that it will be upgraded either way. So with that we just let it pass as a mishap. It was time for us to sign the lease and we found out the there needs to be a lead paint addendum signed for all houses older than 1978. she didn't even bring the form with her we had to mention it to her. we needed clarification that there is no lead paint.
