Sky Harbor Apartments

Decent apartment complex with awesome staff and plenty of amenities. Love the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, outdoor pool (though it does close occasionally), and the nice gas barbecues around the property. The workout area is well-equipped, there’s a large laundry room ($2.50 a load), plus a racquetball court, sauna, and even bathrooms for the pool and gym. Dog bags around the property, making it very accommodating for pet owners. Covered parking for one vehicle per apartment. They also do frequent customer appreciation (free ice cream, drinks, food, etc). The apartments themselves could use an update—the kitchen still has an older oven and cupboards—but overall, it’s a comfortable place to live with everything you need on-site.

Been living here a few months and enjoying it so far. Rooms are on the smaller side but are a good value with all the amenities + they have community events from time to time. Staff have been really good to work with and are very responsive if you ever have issues come up. It's rare to find apartment living these days where you aren't being taken advantaged of, but Sky Harbor has honestly been great

The amount of issues I've had here are frankly ridiculous. I did not have Internet for a month when some exterior issue caused it to not work, and the hoops I had to jump through to get it fixed were extensive and exhausting. Then the water in my apartment was out for three days (had no water there), had an ant infestation in my closet, and the crown jewel of issues was when my kitchen sinks flooded with sewage. Maintenance has been anything but helpful. Every time I ask maintenance for help with an issue, they fix one issue only to create another. It feels like common decency to treat my belongings with some sort of respect, however, as an example, when the pest control came to deal with the ant infestation, they tossed my belongings all over the apartment and left it a mess with dead a

It was a great experience. The process was easy and quick, even though everything was done online. Payments and contract timelines were always respected, and I never had any issues living here. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made everything smoother. I would definitely recommend it.

Very pleasant place to live. Somewhat small and pricey but at this point, what isn't? The maintenance team is AMAZING - the absolute best. Extremely quick and friendly. The facilities and property are well-maintained. Mold does grow easily in the apartments so keep an eye on it. We never had an issue with pests. Also they didn't screw us over with the move out process and that was so tight. We expected to owe money but they gave us some of our deposit back! It's a great place to live and we enjoyed our 3 years with them!
