Brady has been my agent for over 10 years and a friend we have both enjoyed working together he not only finds me amazing renter's he sells and buys my properties! Brady has been our Property Manager for over 10 years and we couldn't be more pleased. We have always been able to reach him and address any issues and/or concerns. He is a true professional which is very rare. His son, Robert, is also very prompt and courteous. Highly recommend their Company. You won't be disappointed.
Do not trust these people with your property. Brady does not know how to properly inspect the property before and after a tenant moves in and out. Not only that but when the pool fence was put back up because I asked where it was as it was there when we left the house, it was disgusting and left in awful condition he apparently didn’t notice…or rather, didn’t care about? Which was not the condition we as owners left it in. His response was this : “When I saw it, It looks like it needs to be hosed down since it has been laying down on the side of the house. There are no holes in it. Now that it is up, your Realtor is now saying take it down!! As in what I said in the 1st place. “ Infact our realtor wanted it down for listing photos due to the condition it was in… he can’t even read things p
