I don't often leave reviews, but I was so impressed by my experience working with Joe that I wanted to be sure to let other people know about him. I rented a home in Yakima through SJC and my experience from start to finish was top notch. Unfortunately some unforeseen circumstances made me need to move a few months before my lease was up. While they could have sat back and collected my last few months of rent without trying too hard to find another tenant, Joe was extremely proactive in re-listing the house and was able to find another tenant extremely quickly. As a tenant, I was treated very fairly. All communication with Joe was friendly, quick, professional, and straightforward. The application process was the same. Being a house owner, I highly recommend SJC to be your property management company. I had been a client of SJC for almost 10 years and just sold my house. For tax purposes I need SJC to provide me some financial information back to year 2018 and 2019. I thought it would take weeks to get it done. However, I received all the information within a day! Jason is a great leader and his team members are amazing!

I've been with SJC for years with all my rentals. They have responded quickly and professionally 100% of the time. I've tried other property managements prior to SJC. Big mistake! I wish I've discovered SJC sooner. You won't be disappointed!!
