Read the reviews based on the apartment not the manager. When buildings aren’t maintained, they go down fast. Everything is broken. But the parking lot is freshly paved. The Manager Julie is good.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT SIZEMORE CREEK COMMONS!!! BUT MOST OF ALL IT'S THE DEDICATION, CARING HEART, AND THE SELFLESS SERVICE THAT MRS. JULIE RENDERS TO ALL OF HER TENANTS! SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!!! SHE'S THE BEST ALL AROUND, COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER PROPERTY MANAGER THAN HER!!! SHE HAS A BIG HEART OF GOLD!!!🥰🥰

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Sizemore Creek! Ms Julie is an outstanding apartment manager who truly cares about the residents. She is always professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. A huge shoutout to Malik in maintenance as well—he is absolutely amazing! He’s always quick to respond to any issues, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Whether it’s a small fix or a bigger job, Malik handles it with efficiency and a great attitude. Having a management team that genuinely cares makes all the difference, and that’s exactly what you get at Sizemore Creek. I highly recommend this community thanks to their exceptional service!

I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism, amazing enthusiasm, and energy that I received from Julie the property manager at Sizemore Apartments. Her personality and compassion for the property shines!!! I left Sizemore well informed with plenty of informative material she provided as well as goodie treats! Not only that, the office smelled so WONDERFUL and was so clean and inviting. I had a wonderful visit and tour of the property, the reception I received displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
