Since it's so hard to get ahold of who's in charge of this place I've decided to write a review. Worst experience ever. When I first moved in there was a half done patch job in the hallway that came undone the first day we moved in and by the third day my dog just removed it and started playing with it. I took pictures and showed it to Cheri Kessler and asked when could it be fixed and how much would it cost because I didn't know how long I'll be there and didn't want a patch missing from infant of the bedroom door. She said someone would come look at it but it never happened. During the winter months the heat didn't work. Constantly at the front office stating how my daughter and I are freezing and nothing was ever done even when told it was "fixed" my house was still cold. When the su
