We couldn't be happier with Sinclair Custom Homes! When we wanted something done that was difficult and unusual, they found a way to make it happen!! The quality of work is outstanding! A real pleasure to work with!!!

We used Sinclair for our custom cabinetry throughout our entire home, and have used him on other projects in the past as well, AMAZING work, no doubt some of the best cabinets I've seen installed across any price point of homes in SWFL. Matt gave us the personal consulting experience up front and Jason has been there any step of the way to address anything on site, amazing guys to work with that won't settle for imperfection.

Probably the only honest contractor in all of Florida. God fearing men, take their job obsessively serious and with unmatched pride. Theyll be at your job site and not behind a computer sending emails. Matt is absolutely amazing in his craft. Jason is phenomenal in all things construction related and incredibly knowledgeable in this field. But above all HONEST.

Matt, Jason and the Sinclair team built our beautiful bay front home despite the challenges of COVID and Ian. Matt went above and beyond to get our property re-zoned so he could build the style home we wanted. Matt and Jason offered ideas along the way that make our home unique and enjoyable. We’ve been in our home since February and there are still a few items on the punch list to complete but we are getting there. I'm adding to this review because I think it is important to say, our new home held up perfectly through Helene and Milton!
