We had Laila and her team stage our home 04-18-19, We were a little concerned because the market had slowed since last year and our home was over $550,000. She came in and EARNED HER FEE. Both realtors we worked with sung her praises for the amount of work she did for us and the fee we paid. Laila really focused on helping us stage, simply and beautifully without trucking in 3-5k worth of furnishings. She even took pictures of the staged house that we were able to use to get the house up on the market before our realtor's photographer was able to get out to our house. She helped me set up my bedrooms, arrange furniture and hang art in such a pleasing and functional way I wish I would have hired her earlier so my family could have enjoyed it while we lived there. I can't say enough about how wonderful Simply Home Staging and Design was. Laila was incredible! Everyone that saw the house commented on how nice it looked, even the repair man that came to fix a leaky faucet! She was great to use items that I already had and just rearrange them in a much more pleasing manner. She told me what should be packed away and what should be left for staging. Laila worked with our realtor, Wendy Osborn, when we sold our house. I always thought our home was attractive, but she transformed it into an amazing show home! She walked through the house with us, told us what furniture and household items to keep, and what we should pack for the move. She made paint and maintenance suggestions. Then she gave us a week to purge and clean the house. She came back with a few pieces of her own furniture, rugs, and pictures. We couldn't believe the results when we were through!
