Silverwood Apartments

My mother and several disabled veterans live here, some without air conditioning in the middle of JUNE. They have not had any hot water or gas for their stoves to cook or take hot showers in 10 days. Nobody has any information for any landlord or management company. Nobody is answering the text maintenance line. Nobody is THERE TO HELP THEM. There is no excuse to have disabled veterans living in these conditions. UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER ON 7/18/25: THERE HAS BEEN AT LEAST 10x SINCE THIS REVIEW THAT MY MOTHER (who is now a stroke survivor) HAS NOT HAD WATER IN GENERAL, HOT WATER, OR HAS RECEIVED A NOTICE WATER IS BEING CUT OFF IN HER ALL BILLS PAID APARTMENT. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE NEWS AND HAVING YOU INVESTIGATED.

Almost a year never paid me back my deposit or overpayment in rent . Keep calling management and going to the office but I get know where. Not sure what to do at this point . Liars, thieves and scammers .

SLUM LORD!!!!!!!! I've loved here for 2years nd 90% of that time has been fighting water leaks the other 10% has been fighting mice.... The office personnel hits nd missed on answering the phone but I can say the are EXTREMELY POLITE/FRIENDLY.... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...they COLORFULLY ENGINEER repairs meaning that the water pipes in my apt have so many patches on them, we're taking bets on when they will just again.......GHETTO FABULOUS....

Not so sure I want to live here no one answers the phone every phone number that is given is either disconnected or cannot complete the call at this time I saw this on Facebook so I messaged it through the app no response either it's scam or this place doesn't exist

I've lived here over a year and not had any issues that the office staff and maintenance didn't fix right away. The office staff has been very helpful and professional.
