I live in a Silverstone Property and want to communicate to the public that this management company are the worse. Never able to reach a person when I have a maintenance issue. Right now we are without heat and hot water (not due to my non payment), due to an issue they have dragged their feet in addressing. It’s very frustrating when you pay your rent and bills on time and cannot review professional service on time.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will regret renting anything from them. Do not pay your last month’s rent if you already are renting from them. They will never give you your security deposit back. the absolute worst.

DO NOT RENT FROM SILVERSTONE PROPERTIES!!! THIS COMPANY DOESN'T WANT TO PAY PROFESSIONALS TO COMPLETE WORK!! I had another apartment that flooded on top which caused mold spores to grow through my ceiling 10/26 it's now 11/10 and mold still not removed!!!

Absolutely horrible management. Ghosting us after we moved out regarding our security deposit when they are legally required to return it after not reaching out with necessary information. Completely unorganized, sent us the wrong lease to sign, impossible to contact. Stay away from any building managed by these people.

My entire experience dealing with Silverstone was a genuine nightmare. When they first sent us the paperwork, they incorrectly typed my email in, so I wasn’t able to sign the paperwork. When I finally (after a long time) was able to get the paperwork correctly sent to my email, they failed to change my email in the system. After telling them that they had the wrong email, they still failed to change it in the system. Thus, I was not able to receive any of their emails. While I was trying to pay my rent on their website, it truly took forever. It took both my roommate and I two hours on two different devices to load the website, just so we could pay our rent. Now this was not a problem of our connectivity, but a failure on the website to simply direct us to the payment page. We moved out
