Don’t do it just don’t move here. From day one it’s been hell , I was told one rent when I got my contract the rent was different I was told the difference added was with utilities and that was a lie …when I got my my first rent it was almost $300 more than my budget. My apartment was not renovated I paid my own renovation the carpet was filthy the paint was half done oh and the roaches omg.. I was able to clear them out that my neighbor even asked for my help . I had no choice but to make it work . Then when I was close to the end of my contract I gave them my 60 day notice … I needed a little more time after my 60 days was up I understand that I was to be charged the prorated rate for the days I did stay . I moved out turn in my keys on the day we agreed , when I go turn in the keys

Move in a week ago and I must say the application process and response was fast. The Property Manager Kayhla Rosado was professional and polite, inspite of she being the only one in the office that week she still got everything done. The maintenance guys came the same day and resolve the work order I put in. It is a nice apartment I am comfortable with it.

Don’t move here! Lady manager Kayla never answers the phone and doesn’t get issues resolved. She makes it very clear she doesn’t care. I will not renew my lease. They only care about your money! This place has gone downhill

I came in for a 10 oclock tour. The doors are unlocked but there was no one in the office. The calls were not being answered and after waiting for 20 mins for no one to show up i left. I even saw a resident come in for assistance and looked very shocked no one was avaliable. What a first impression.

The building next to the one my son lived in caught fire and subsequently damaged my son’s apartment. The electricity had to be shut off until repairs were made and there was inspection. My son was forced to move. The management made us leave and then filed a lease abandonment claim against our deposit. They purposely lied and were very deceitful after we already spent over $1500 and two nights in a hotel until a place was secured. All the manager could say was that it wasn’t their fault there was a fire. Horrible place and horrible management. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Dishonest and immoral describes them best.
