Silverpoint finished building our modular home in 2025. They have a great team of people to work with. They treat each other like family and genuinely care about their clients. All of our concerns and issues were handled with a great deal of honestly and integrity.

My husband and I planned a stick-built house in late 2024, but the estimate quickly spiraled out of our budget, and we decided to scrap that idea and look at modulars. From the first day we met Gary to the day we got the keys to our house, Silverpoint has been great. Gary Perdue helped us through all the paperwork and was amazing. Jeff and Jason was extraordinary with all the service and construction needs. I want to give a big thanks to all involved ( delivery people, crane crew and the ones that put the house together). We just finished our building process through Silverpoint homes, Beckley, WV. The first face we came across was Gary Perdue. Gary guided us through the process from start to finish, and was always available when we needed anything!
