Kim, the manager here is probably one of the most genuine human beings I've had the pleasure to meet. We've been tenants here going on 3 years and they really do make it feel like home
Love this place! Quiet, beautiful setting with a great location to grocery store and downtown Silverton. Both the exterior and interior of these apartments are inviting, functional and attractive. Plus, the bonus of the pool, community room and exercise room.
The grounds and facilities are well kept. The location is great, walking distance to grocery, hardware and coffee shops.
This place is beautiful… really clean… great location. You deserve to live there !
Silverplace is a wonderful and well kept little community! Kim is always so welcoming when you go into the office at any time of day. Maintenance is quick to complete maintenance requests. Would recommend Silverplace to all my friends and family!
