Silverleaf Apartments

I moved in October, while the staff is very friendly, it doesn’t make up for the flaws. I honestly feel like some people leaving reviews must have had an incentive to do so because the reality is, They claim luxury and we pay for luxury however I can’t have a shower that is hot for more than 9 minutes. Two people can definitely not shower at the same time. This alone is a no go for me. When I’m at home and paying for the water, I should be able to have a hot shower. The snow removal with this last storm was laughable. The property has quite a slope making it more dangerous and the solution for them was to place a bucket of ice melter by each door with a note stating management not responsible for injuries. I had and still have a back injury and wasn’t able to stay at my apartment for days

AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COST! This is the worst place to live bar none! It's sad because the apartment and the staff sre great, but the tenants ruin everything! Many tenants are extremely passive aggressive and WILL call the police if you listen to music or television at a normal level during prime time (6p-9p on the weekend). Yet, those tenants have no problem wearing hard soled shoe+++++++s and stomping around at all hours of the day or having loud converstions after 10p. I don't complain because that is what happens in an apartment, but many people here are precious and don't seem to understand that they SHARE this complex with orhers. If I could afford to break my lease I'd leave in a heartbeat! Don't move in here unless you're precious too!

The entire property is kept so clean and well-maintained, and the amenities truly make it feel like home. Everything from the pool to the fitness center and common areas is thoughtfully cared for and always inviting. What really makes Silver Leaf stand out, though, is the amazing team behind it. Tammi, the property manager, is truly exceptional. Coming from Kansas City, I noticed a lot of apartments advertised as “luxury” but were far from it and way overpriced. My experience at Silverleaf Apartments has been a VERY refreshing change. It’s a safe, quiet, and friendly community. You’ll hear the usual apartment noise, but overall it's very peaceful. The staff is responsive and helpful, and maintenance is quick and knowledgeable. The units are spacious, with great views (loved my balcony) and a prime location close to everything. Having in-unit washer/dryers and carts for moving or groceries was a big plus. Rent is on the higher side, but definitely worth checking out! My only complaint is with the valet trash service—they were a bit lazy and passive-aggressive, which I addressed with the company. This apartment complex is truly exceptional! The management team is outstanding, fostering a welcoming and supportive community. The neighbors are friendly, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure a clean and safe environment. Plus, the pool and hot tub are fantastic – the perfect place to relax and unwind!
