Silver Springs Apartments

Making this review on behalf of my mother who lived there…. Wasn’t the worst place to live but the parking was a nightmare. There were many times she had to stay at my house because there was nowhere for her to park!!! The lot would be full even by 530 in the afternoon! We know for a fact not all of those cars belonged to the unit she was living in or nearby units. Almost $800 a month for a studio with no parking. Ridiculous.

I had a wonderful experience during my nearly three-year stay at the apartment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and hassle-free. From the seamless check-in process to their prompt assistance with any questions I had, they truly made my stay easier. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free stay!

Overall really loved living here. Always had good interactions with staff and only ever had to submit one work order, which someone came out for within the same day. Only qualm was that smoking is allowed in unit. My bathroom would always smell pretty bad of smoke due to neighbors smoking, but nothing that wall plugins can’t help with. Other than that, a really great place to live

0/10 do not move here. They are not accommodating at all. I haven’t had hot water in one of my bathrooms since I moved in. The walls are paper thin, the smell of cigarettes and weed come through. I’ve had water leaking through my floor twice, and when it rains hard the water comes through the front door. I highly suggest looking elsewhere as these are overpriced for the crap you put up with.

A good place to live with a relatively good community. My only complaint is the price seems to be out of touch for a small studio apartment. Also the walls are shared walls, so you can hear your neighbors very easily. Management is fast and responsive, very nice people.
