Silver Springs Apartments

I made my maintenance request on 7/17/2025 due to the washing machine not working (filled up with water and wound not cycle). The washing machine remained filled with water (see photo) for 198 days from 7/17/2025 to 1/30/2026 when it was finally replaced, including two occasions where technicians came out first saying it needed a part then again to assess to say it needed a part (AGAIN- not sure if the part was ever ordered to begin with). The water was only removed on 1/30/2025 during the installation of the replacement washer 6 months after it stopped working. I believe the washer was only replaced after I verbally expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of responsiveness to initial request and subsequent inquiries for updates by property management. This was only one of several issue

The apartment itself is built very structurally sound, unlike those new apartments complexes that are popping up left and right. The maintenance men could be better imo.

Worst communication I’ve ever had with an apartment by far. Will enter without notice, will pressure wash your plants and break faucets. Will never ever call you back. Shotty maintenance. Health standards are even more questionable.
