Do not rent here! The landlord/ owner will withhold your deposit for over 3 months and will also steal your money. I have been asking for my deposit back since June 25th when I returned the keys to the place. I left the place spotless and nothing broken or damage. They gave me back today some of my deposit not even the full amount. Now they are ignoring my calls and text won’t give me the rest of the money they owe me and won’t even tell me why they are deducting that money from my deposit. My a/c was a unit window and black mold mixed with rain water was coming down my walls and they took 3 weeks to send the maintenance guy to just tilt it did not even clean it. I Have never experienced so much inhumanity from a Management Staff in my life. Yesterday (8-1-2021) My Soon to be father in law passed away from a Sudden and Horrific Motorcycle Accident. He was the Maintenance man for six years and through more than one owner. He was a dear part of the community and the very fabric of this place. He saw tenants come and go and was always willing to do what he could when someone was in a tight spot. Upon returning to his home on site his Sons (14 and 23) and I were met with unwelcomed people in his home (the Property manager Julie and a colleague) She proceeded to inform us that she intended to have us removed in two weeks or less as he can no longer perform his duties. I’m the newest in the apartment. Only been a couple of weeks. And the apartment is just fine the way it is. Everyone keeps to their selves. And a new doc is built. Time to fish!!

I like that all utilities are included and the new owners and managers and so nice and sweet and care about their tenants.
