I personally really liked the complex! I love the location and close to the interstate. Moved in late January 2024 into a 1 bed 1 bath, 759 sq ft, and moved out late August 2024. Management- Megan is the property manager, she is awesome and so friendly! Great with getting back to you if you call or go in person. If you don’t get a hold of someone there, the Harper Ridge (their sister property) can also help you out. Only a 3 min drive and <1 mile away. Maintenance reports get done fast! We put in a request to replace the water filter and got it done within a couple of days. Our front door knob broke and fixed it within an hour. Dog area and community- Very friendly! I’ve lived at Silver Ridge for a few months now And I have no complaints whatsoever. Management is very friendly, the community is nice and everything is well taken care of.

All of the negative reviews are very true. We lived there for 3 years. Kept the apartment spotless even power washed our area ourselves since they never did. Charged for things that they should not have. The most dishonest property management company. You will regret moving here. Stay away. You will never get your deposit back. And please do not respond I don't want to hear any of your pathetic lies or excuses.

When I first moved from Colorado to Meridian Idaho I had called to make sure my apartment would be unlocked upon arrival. I was told by management that it would be unlocked and that I would pick up the keys in the morning. I arrive with the moving truck at night after a long day of traveling. Not only was the apartment still locked we had to wait over an 2hours for someone to finally come and let us in. The manager was not very happy and continued to try to tell us it was our fault for arriving at night.
