Silver Lake Apartments

My mother has lived here for the longest and I have visited frequently. The grounds are clean, and my mother hasn't really complained about anything. I ON THE OTHER HAND have two gripes: 1) PARKING: Parking is absolutely horrible. Very limited visitors parking. If its the weekend, you can forget it, as it seems like everyone is either having a party or a sleepover every week. Parking has to be improved! 2) CONSTANT BROKEN GATE : The entrance and exit gates are always broken, and im not talking about a little malfunction or powerbox fry... You can literally see where people have plowed into these gates, probably the weekend sofa surfers or drunkin party animals trying to race eachother into the entrance and smashing into the gates on either sides, messing them up. Either way, theyre fixed

i met a kind man that works there his name is joe and he's been helping me with all my work orders. If i ever need help he will work his hardest to help me out in the best way possible i appreciate him and the office so much they are extremely helpful & very kind to me

5 Stars Ana, the manager at Silverlake Apartments, is truly amazing! She handles all work orders promptly and efficiently, making sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. She’s also a great listener who genuinely cares about the residents. Her professionalism and dedication make living here a wonderful experience. Thanks to Ana, Silverlake feels like home!

This place is a beautiful community. All of my neighbors were so welcoming and kind when I first moved in. Everyone here looks out for one another which makes it feel like home. Also, the maintenance is very fast and efficient at following up with work orders. Ana in the office has been very helpful. She communicates effectively and always is attentive to any requests or questions that come up. When I moved in I had brand new carpeting and flooring inside my apartment. The place is big and spacious I love having a patio and the amenities are very nice. There are multiple laundry rooms which makes it convenient to wash clothes. Nice playground for the kids and two swimming pools. I love it here! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment with excel
