I've been living here for 12 years now and I still love it here The office manager is so nice and very helpful. Nice area close to everything , quiet area, everyone is nice.

Monday morning I drove 1hr an 30 mins to drop off my application an to discuss all that was needed in order for my application to be processed only to get there at 10 am an no one to be there even though the hours of operation says 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday! On the application it clearly states 20.00 dollar application fee money order or check I go purchase a 20.00 money order an was going to mail it in but before that I wanted to make sure if I needed anything else I can send it all together! After calling multiple times multiple days a man finally answers an gives me attitude an tell me I need a 25.00 $ money order despite what it says on the application an then tells me a person name Vanessa who handles the applications will reach out tomorrow when she comes in waited 2 da

I have lived here for almost 9 years and it is a very nice place to live. It's quiet and the office staff is very nice and very helpfull.

This was my first apartment! I lived here in 2017 when I was stationed at Dover AFB. Even after almost a decade, this is the best apartment I've ever lived in. It was peaceful, quiet, affordable. It was built well because I never had any issues with hearing my neighbors. I never had any maintenance issues, the location was great, it was perfect. The only thing was that back then, I had to pay the rent with a check every month. I'm not sure if that's how it is still, but I look back at my time here fondly because it was the first time I even used a check and I got used to it. Reading the reviews, it seems like its still one of the best places to live in Dover, which I'm happy to see.
