Silver Hill Apartments

When I walked into Silver Hill, I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I walked through the door, everything was positive. It was clean, the tenants were all so nice and inviting. They have bible study, they have coffee each morning, with a breakfast small breakfast on Fridays. They have a library with two computers that you can use. There’s a gate that makes walking to the Food Lion shopping center so convenient. There’s lots of trees on the grounds. I can’t wait to see the crape myrtles in bloom in the spring. But the best gem is Stephanie. She is everything to that facility. She met us with kindness and professionalism. I truly felt like I had made a new friend by the time I left. Her enthusiasm for the place has made me so excited for my brother to start living at Silver Hill. I

The management at Silver Hill at Great Neck is awesome! They have stepped up to the plate every time for any issues. My mom recently move out after living there for six years and she loved living there, just needed her closer to home. Stephanie has done a such great job since she has arrived at Silver Hill! Thank you, Stephanie for all you did!

I live next door and as night shifter, they been making my life 10x harder. For the past 2 months they been getting people with backpack blowers and street mowers EVERY SINGLE MORNING!! And they’re super loud and I literally can’t sleep anymore because of them! like come on you don’t need that “every day”. I have a blue collar job and I really need to rest and get enough sleep to have some energy for work. I don’t know who to talk to or where to go to get this insanity figured out but I’m working on it currently.

My husband and I recently moved to Virginia Beach from Florida. Prior to our relocating I arrived in Virginia Beach to start our "home search". After visiting many communities, Silver Hill got the AWARD! Greeted by Brooke and Sonya, their enthusiasm and professionalism made me feel like I was already "Home". Eager to answer any and all questions at onset, after my visit I knew Silver Hill was it! I returned back to FL to tell my husband "I found our next home". I’ve been living at Silver Hill of Great Neck for close to 3 years. I love it here. I have made so many friends. The manager Brooke does an excellent job with all the tenants needs. She’s always smiling and is there to help with whatever you need. The maintenance supervisor Chip does an excellent job. He is friendly always willing to help you. Whether it’s carrying in your groceries or fixing a clogged drain. The housekeeper Sonja does such a superb job on keeping everything clean. I don’t know how she does it but she does. I truly love living here and so will you.
