Who's ever the office of Today is unprofessional! A tenant shouldn't have to beg for a mail box key( not given ) nor about thier mail. As for as utility Of the contract it seems at first they're responsible but not paying on time. Tenant had items missing and reported to them and Authorities. Nothing was done about it , Ignored Officer never came to hear Tenant side of the Story about car being towed unlawfully. The tenant along with Other Tenants were bribed To pay $100 by Wrecker.Company off Tanner Road. All claiming they can't help Tenant. $500 was missing Out of purse that was Reported then Found Pickup Downtown Houston. That was Christmas and rent Light bill of needed Paid etc ...Tenant attempted to report and They put a Eviction on the door. When tenant tried to speak The sluml

Honestly I like the apartments, they keep them up pretty well, also, not too much going on as far as fighting and violence. I like the fact that security is present in property. I will say the only problem I do have is, how I'm a resident whom has paid rent, showed my car insurance in the office. And still getting my car towed!!!!! I have had my vehicle towed 6 times in 1 year!!! I'm poor, I can't afford that to continue to happen. No one cares about the situation in the office nor, corporate. It's been hard enough, I live here and can't park. Tell me how that makes any sense ?

Every time i came in the office the office staff is very professional and polite. The grounds are clean and they handle maintenance matters in a timely manner. Im glad i live here. Plus its on the bus line. And near shopping.
