I have read several of these reviews. I have lived here for years. I have experienced most of these ridiculous things that are being mentioned on the reviews and MORE. Just now Feb. 2026 there is light at the end of the tunnel. I called the office to leave a message about no water. To my surprise a young man answered office phone. He gave a reasonable explanation why and when the water should be back on. Then I also explained I was smelling something. He asked what apartment I was in. Then he immediately knew what it could be. Someone in this building was having maintenance done in the bathtub. (I have had the same thing done when I first moved in.) That was the exact smell. I believe his name is Justin. I moved in to one of their studio apartments 3 days short of a month ago and I don’t recommend. The ladies at the office are nice but I have been fighting with them for 3 weeks just to get into my mailbox that I still haven’t received my key for. Ladies at the front keep saying usps will have to deliver the key but apparently they haven’t been coming during office hours but I have seen them multiple times on my way to work around 5pm when the office closes at 6pm. Due to not having my key my mail locker is full with packages that I ordered first week of living here so a package with my Halloween costume was delivered to my door while I was asleep and it was stolen. Huge thanks to Justin at Silver Creek. My oldest son is moving from AZ to Tulsa, and we needed to get him into an apartment quickly. When searching for an apartment, I always read the reviews. What I consistently see are management responses that apologize and invite renters to “discuss it further,” yet the same issues—roach infestations and poorly maintained units—continue to appear. This raises a serious concern: what actual changes have been made? Apologies without action do not reflect responsible property management, and I would not consider renting from a company that operates this way.

Apartment is disgusting and filled with roaches. Dishwasher doesn’t work. Garbage disposal doesn’t work. Front door won’t stay locked. And the leasing office says maintenance is going to come and they never do. Same with pest control. I work nights 6pm-6am so I’m here to know if someone does come. Apartments are absolutely disgusting with thousands of bugs
