Silver Creek Apartments

I lived at these apartments for 2 years and would definitely recommend living here! They do a great job of keeping the common spaces extremely clean, it was very easy to place work orders, and the property manager (Allex) onsite was always helpful and great to work with.

I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and couldn’t be happier. The building is beautiful, the living spaces are modern and comfortable, and presumably thanks to good construction I’ve yet to hear a neighbor make noise. Plus a great location. Easy access to the interstate, downtown, and campus. I also like the strong sense of community the on-site manager facilitates by hosting plenty of get-togethers — a great way to meet your neighbors. Finally, when I had a problem with my fridge’s ice maker, the manager went above and beyond to ensure the situation was resolved in a timely manner. Five star service from a five star property.

Silver creek is awesome! They do so many community events to make you feel welcomed in the building! It’s been a pleasure living at silver creek especially thanks to Cecelia and Allex!

I've had a mostly positive experience after about 6 months living here. I live in one of the studio units with a partner and no pets. Cost: You could certainly do better, but it doesn't seem to be the worst as far as Bozeman goes. We pay $1,825 in rent and about $99 in internet/trash. Our energy bill (Northwestern Energy) is usually less than $30/month (with minimal A/C and heat usage). Water is billed through a separate company based on usage -- we usually pay $10-15/month. Note on the air: Our unit has pretty bad airflow, as there is no central A/C or heating. We have to open the windows often to get fresh air, get rid of any lingering smells or prevent smoke alarms from going off (even if nothing is burning, the alarm goes off often because it is wayyy too close the stove, which is te

I haven’t lived at Silver Creek very long but I love already. The rent may be too much but it’s still amazing. The community. It’s quiet and everything is indoor. It’s awesome.
