The Silver collection at Cosner’s corner. it’s a beautiful resort, living environment the property manager, Stephanie she was such a joy! She was so kind and so in tune to what we were looking for thanks again, Stephanie for the grand tour of a beautiful layout of this amazing resort style living apartment.

My wife Lourdes and I are extremely happy with the exceptional service, all the features of Silver Collection at Cosner's Corner! All of our questions and lease agreement were handled by Riley Beard, sales Associate. We are happy and grateful that this complex and features are exactly what we were looking for. We truly do feel as if we are living in a resort complex! Greatly appreciate the professional hospitality we have and continue to experience. Keep up all the good work! This location is very convenient for all of our lifestyle needs.

Three cheers to Laurie for a fantastic 100th birthday celebration held at the pool this past weekend! I watched Laurie, the breakfast attendant, work by herself all that morning (my unit looks over the pool) to set up this event. Maintenance came out and helped a bit right before the event started, but I am in awe with how much she was able to accomplish alone. Without her the sense of community would be non existent and resident morale would be in the ground.

This is quite possibly the worst leasing experience I’ve ever had in my time in the DMV. It started off smoothly with the previous leasing team, but once they changed management everything went to downhill. Dirty hallways, tenants that don’t pick up after their pets, people speeding through the parking lot, gated community with a gate that are left wide open most of the time, disruptive neighbors, drug use (marijuana), and and paying high fees for poorly managed “resort” amenities. All these problems constantly had me asking what kind of resort experience am I supposedly paying for? Ten there’s the constant miscommunication concerning the questionable final charges to close out my lease.
