We’ve really enjoyed living here so far, and Daylyshja has been wonderful to work with. She’s always kind, helpful, and easy to talk to, which honestly means a lot to us. Communication has been great, and the staff overall has been on point. The community events are really fun, the apartment is beautiful, and the surrounding areas are well maintained. It’s been a great place to settle into and we’re really happy we chose to live here.

Editing this after living here for over 2 years…. Irish, Amanda, and Lexi have been great throughout my multiple years of living here. After my first year I rarely have to go to the office staff for any issues but when I do I am always greeted on a first name basis and I feel welcomed regardless of the situation. They always ask me about my kids and pup and I have never been made to feel like “just a resident”. I couldn’t imagine myself living anywhere else. Sure folks complain about upstairs and downstairs neighbors and sound issues but that’s the price of living in an apartment. Ultimately this place has been pretty great. The staff is super attentive. Any maintenance issues I’ve had has been addressed almost immediately unless it’s occurred after hours on the weekends and even then i

We haven’t moved in yet, but after touring several apartments in the area (around 8 total), this one absolutely stood out. It was on the higher end of our budget, so we honestly didn’t come in with huge expectations—but those were immediately shattered the moment we stepped into the clubhouse. It was easily the most beautiful one we’ve seen, and as the tour continued, the amenities just kept getting better and better. The apartment itself checked every box for what my wife and I were looking for, and the community amenities are truly top-tier. What really sold us, though, was our leasing agent, Daylyshja. Nice community, great amenities, safe and secure. Maintenance staff is absolutely amazing and swift with responding. My only issue is the structure not being soundproof. I truly wish I would have done my due diligence on looking at the reviews prior to moving in. If you decide to move here, definitely pick a top floor unit, or you will hear constant noises above your head all day and into the nighttime hours. Ground level residents just simply can’t catch a break. Complaining does absolutely nothing so do yourself a favor and pick a top floor unit. My friend recently tried to get into this place. They were unwilling to consider another option with his additional income. Even though he had a full time job and did labor projects on the side. Resulting in him not getting a place which he’s in need of housing at the moment. A real community would be reasonable and work out something with him. Very upsetting to hear this.
