They are unprofessional and completely discriminatory. they use predatory tactics and states they do not follow fair housing laws. We were sent the application, we completed it and we’re finalizing being approved. Because we asked about fair housing they denied our application. I signed a contract with a property managed by KRC in Dec 2021 and had multiple interactions during my one-year stay there till Dec 2022. Once you sign the contract, you will end up chasing them for 1. keys # they don't inform you how they will deliver keys till a day before. After lots of follow-ups, you will be notified that someone will come to deliver. "They don't show up on time," and finally, when they show up, you will realize that they don't have all keys, as crucial as the backdoor key critical to move house items and the mailbox key critical to receive communication.
