Durham Plaza in South Plainfield, NJ - I visit this place everyday to grab coffee. The potholes in the parking lot are too horrible that I couldn't drive safely. Looks like they fixed couple of months back by just filling with gravels. The gravels are already popping out and damaging the cars. Twice I fixed my car for the flat tires caused by the big hole. Worst maintenance by the Silbert Realty. Refer the pictures attached.

I currently live at Hamilton commons in south Plainfield and when I need something fixed my emails and calls go unanswered. I feel we as tenants pay way too much (it's like a mortgage payment) for this to happen. If things don't change I'll move out.

Very bad real estate management company. They have shopping complex called Durham Plaza in South Plainfield, NJ. The parking lot roads are pathetic with potholes 1 feet deep. I am tired of contacting this company to fix this and no answer for any of my voicemails. As last resort, I am leaving this comment.

They are great! Recently need someone from management to help me find a lost wale on the property. Even though it was a late weekend night, Silvert sent a couple guys and found it . Thank for the quick response to our issue.

Would give zero stars if I could. Do not bother contacting Lori Griffith for absolutely anything; she is dishonest and “working” with her is a COMPLETE waste of time.
