Signature Property Management

People are just incompetent, especially here. Biggest turnover of property managers, and the higher ups are useless. Edited update. We had a great maintenance guy. He kept this place spotless and I just found out they fired him and he didn’t quit like we all assumed! And now the new maintenance guy does nothing. The pool area is covered in iguana feces. The bathrooms are disgusting, the buildings are covered in mold. And the guy told my wife its not my iob to pick up dead animals near the dumpster. ( then what is your job? )The new property manager Ira is an absolute fool. He has been rude to me and my wife more than once. And we only asked simple questions. This company is trash. The owners are constantly on vacation and hard to reach. They arent involved and sit back and collect money

Unfriendly and bureaucratic company! They are here not to serve home owners, but make things more difficulty for people. Never answer the phones, does not return calls. creates more paper works for whatever they can have a hand on.

If this is the quality of service you’re willing to accept then Signature is the company for you. I’ve lived in my community for over 16 years and in the two years since Signature took over I’ve watch my neighborhood rapidly decline. It breaks my heart to see what was once a beautiful neighborhood be treated with such disregard. We pay over $100k a year for our common areas to look like this. Rules are ignored and if you complain you get harassed, they block you or have a lawyer send you a letter. But I speak 100% fact. I have been complaining about the lawn maintenance company for over a year and the only thing that’s gotten done is the property manager recently signed a new contract with the SAME company but higher rate when our current contract didn’t expire until August 2024. I

Signature is one of the worst property management companies around. They don’t follow up with you on issues and glad we got rid of them as our property management team.

This place should be called “Oversight Property Management” Absolutely a horrible management company! Constant turnover of admin, Lcam’s and maintenance staff. They treat the members of the communities they serve like garbage! They ALWAYS blame the Board of Directors for oversights and mistakes they make. (Just read the comments!) They take ownership for nothing. Stay far away from this one!
