Signature Properties of Richmond

This organization is a JOKE. I sent a email a week in half to Tricia. No response. Crickets. So, l have to call. Finally, able to pay my HOA dues. What for? I have no idea. These people have done absolutely nothing to be receiving a dime. Not one time, have l seen this company come out to Cedar Creek. And, l have been here five years. The older neighbors are complaining about solicitors. They want signs on the front entrance. Probably won't hear back about that either. And, if l do. It will be a excuse why that can't be done. I will never buy another house with Hoa. Total waste of time & money.

We have been renting our home through Signature Properties for over two years, and I honestly have no complaints. Initially, I had some trouble submitting maintenance requests through the portal, but once I emailed them for help, they were quick to respond and walk me through the process, explaining how everything works. Whenever I’ve submitted a request that required more information, they didn’t just follow up by email, they also called to make sure they had everything they needed and to let me know when to expect a technician. That same information was always updated in the portal as well. Now, I find the portal extremely easy to use, and the technicians can also reach out through it if they need additional details. Revised: I have been reaching out about a house that was posted on Zillow and there website and never got 1 response expect to please email me when I texted Raye Smith. I had questions before I submitted my application and was ignored for almost 3 weeks by Raye Smith......This morning your comment was completely different than it is currently showing. To me that is extremely unprofessional and shady. You should have asked him about my text message to him. I bet these home owners would love to know how you guys are doing business.

We have been clients close to 10 years now. They manage all our properties and are the best at handling everything. They are prompt with repairs and any issues with tenants. Highly recommend them.
