Signature Pointe of Bayhill Springs

I am blessed with a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. I have lived at this location for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. The staff are friendly and try to take care of any concerns promptly. I love looking out of my top floor apartment and watching the squirrels playing in the trees. This property is older but comfortable and everyone who visits comments on how comfortable my apartment feels to them. After living in Reno, NV. and paying a high cost for an apartment, this apartment is a steal at under $1700.00 for 1300+ square feet.

I love living here, but these apartments need to be updated badly. I mean badly. Especially when rent increases. They need to get rid of the carpet and at least paint or update the cabinets. Very 1970s feel. Also the appliances are very 1990s. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I love it though.

Friends neighborhood. Quite and relax also alot closer shopping go there and see good size inside apt

Working in the army and then television I've lived in all kinds of apartments all over the country. Not only are the staff at Signature Pointe some of the friendliest and most helpful friends I've made, they are apt problem solvers who communicate and work with urgency to serve their tenants. This apartment is the best I've ever found. The layout is not your standard boxy POS. This unit was circular which meant I used every square foot. The third floor seems like a chore but they should charge extra for upper spaces. My apartment took in great light with a treehouse vibe. My friends all noted the view of Bogus lights at night in the winter, Fair concert tunes every August. I'm going to miss Janis, Terri, Joe, and Tim. Thanks very much, guys.

Great apartments to live in. Well kept up.Friendly managers and maintenance staff. Always quick to make repairs, close to a lot of amenities like food, the library, park and bus stops. The only downside for us was where our apartment was located it was a bit of a walk from our car so figuring out how to carry things from the car and up the stairs, plus 2 young kids was a challenge at times. Definitely recommend!
