Our inspector, Trevor, was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional during the inspection for a condo we are hoping to purchase. He explained all of his findings with recommendations for items we should follow up on. Trevor was incredibly diligent and thorough inspecting our home. What I expected to be a quick pass through the house was a many hour inspection and sharing of knowledge. He is a genuine house enthusiast. He was also happy and quick to respond to any questions we had about the report later on. Trevor at Signature Inspections was outstanding. He were prompt in his response when I call and left a voicemail. Before I could get done leaving the voice mail I had a text letting me know he was driving and would respond when he got to his destination. He supplied different choices for my new home buyer inspection including time the inspection would start, when I should show up for the summary and payment options available. He was very professional. He arrived on time and was still working when I arrived. He spent over an hour going over his finding by actually visually showing me both the good and needing attention in his report. The report covered 4 area from minor to safety exposers. It was interactive communication and he would answer any questions you had. This was a three bedroom
