I highly recommend Signature Building Systems; they produce a top quality product with a great level of service for their builders. Currently finishing this beautiful Cape and have had nothing but the best experience. From set through finish, have had no issues, and can really see the difference in the material quality and small details compared to other modular manufacturers. Signature keeps trying to take down my previous review (probably because it shows what they really are) so I'll keep this short and to the point. I hired signature to build a 21 unit apartment building and we had to take them to Arbitration after they delivered a building with a fire sprinkler system that was incorrectly installed by them. We won over $330k in arbitration and they refuse to pay a dime. Ten years later they won't pay the judgment. The company is all pretty much the same people now but they say none of them were involved in my project....lies, the current President, Craig, was onsite when we set the boxes. I was there on 10/13.. spoke to Paige… very helpful.. gave me booklets on plans and product guide… took my info and said someone would get back to me within a week…I told her I have a lot… home picked out and am ready to go I contacted them since then at least 4x’s via phone.. left messages I contacted Kevin via email.. he said I was assigned a salesman and a builder who would contact me I AM STILL WAITING U came highly recommended but obviously u don’t need or want my business

We´ve been producing 3D Renderings for Signature´s single-family and multi-family housing along the East Coast and can certainly assure they produce Modular Homes of the Highest Quality available.
