Signature At Davie Townhomes

All I can say is that I will be renewing my lease this coming summer. I've lived in several communities in the past that were great but nothing like this community. The staff is amazing and have adjusted well to issues we've had but nothing to greatly worry about. The apartments are lovely, the community is safe and family oriented. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Thank you to the leasing and maintenance staff for all your hard work!!! -IV

This community is actually very nice however I do agree with some of the negative feed back about the front office staff. Natasha was one of the leasing managers that was very pleasant to work with but she is no longer with the company and when she left Annabel took over her position and she has the worst customer service, she argues with the residents, and she is just a very difficult person to work with and for the amount of money we pay to live here that is highly unprofessional and unacceptable the only other con is the ant piles that are all over the community which is the reason ants gets in the house from time to time. Otherwise this community is a very beautiful place to live it is close to everything even the airport and it is dog friendly. The units are very spacious and the land

The A/C has gone out on my unit twice and it was over 90 degrees outside the second time. Because everything is new maintenace cannot or will not fix any problems. They wait for several days for the contractor. I didn't have electricity in the front of my apartment for 4 days. The electricity flashes out constantly 2 - 3 times a week. You cannot take a hot shower and wash clothes at the same time. The complex is really flooded when it rains. They have a pest problem there are flying insects inside my apartment that even pest control can't get rid of them. Crystal the property manager is not helpful or understanding.

I arrived at Kasa Fort Lauderdale Davie Apartments aka signature apartments for my Easter vacation with my family only to check in and walk past construction workers on ladders working on the very same unit that I had booked. To add insult to injury I attempt to put the key code in the door only to find that it was broken and you could walk right into the dingy unit that resembled nothing as in the pictures. I contacted the unit immediately who had my child sit in a car for hours before they even offered to send anyone to fix the lock immediately. The rep on the phone said "oh i could lock it remotely for the night" and she saw she was unable to do so. After I scrambled to secure another place for my family and I (that was almost impossible due to it being Easter week), these ppl had the

March 17th 2015.~1600 Yesterday, I applied online and paid the fees. I tried calling their office today to ask them a few questions, since today is my "move in day". The lady who answered the phone blew me off and said how "that's the agents problem", soon as I said I applied online. I called at 4pm, and she said to call back later for the agent. Well, how late exactly am I supposed to call? This is a negative experience so far, which I will continue to publish since this is supposed to be a "professionally managed and well kept establishment". They did after all charge me an arm and a leg already just for the application fees. So they should expect me to insist better service and notify future applicants of the dire disrespect they are to receive by the "Signature at Davie". March 17th 20
