We love living here! Everyone is very friendly and respectful. And the management Is always welcoming and open for a friendly conversation which is very hard to find with a lot of management. They are also very attentive and will go out of their way to make sure you and your family are satisfied. I’ve even witnessed someone from management Walk around in her heels picking up trash around the outside and near the play ground area. Definitely The best landlords I’ve ever had.

The manager Lyn and the maintenance man are BOTH remarkable workers! Very friendly and very helpful. With all the paperwork and phones ringing constantly Lyn is still very welcoming and kind. Once in a lifetime place to find!

READ ALL BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE. Know that when you move in they will never give your deposit back. I had two kids and we received help from the HOPE program so I was fully expecting not to get it back. also I had bumped into an old neighbor who moved out who had the EXACT same charges that I did- he was an older man who lived by himself and had OCD so his apartment was basically brand new when he moved out. They already have everything precalculated to make sure you won't get your deposit back. However I wasn't expecting to get a letter asking for more money to cover their cleaning and painting fees. It is North Carolina law to paint in between tenants and $25 for a drip pan? They cost 99 cents at Lowes. Not to mention the fact that you have to clean and sanitize the apartmen

Terrible management, rude and unknowledgeable. Goes back on their WRITTEN word on numerous things. Don't even get me started on how sloppy the buildings are inside. You can tell they used the cheapest and fastest ways to get anything done. I would never recommend and most definitely will strongly urge anyone interested to look elsewhere first. Not even really worthy as a fallback in my own honest opinion.
