As a real estate agent myself, I was truly impressed by her professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude. From the very first phone call—when I was still in Jacksonville and unable to do a site inspection—Jessica already went above and beyond. Instead of a simple description, she walked through the apartment and did a live video tour of the exact unit I would be renting. That alone spoke volumes about her professionalism and her very human approach to helping people. My move-in day was seamless, and throughout my stay, I always felt supported. I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team. On Christmas night, during my first few days living here, Albert and Fabian responded to my call incredibly fast. They handled the issue professionally, were friendly, and kept a great attitude despite it being a holiday. Outstanding service and a great first impression.
