I wouldn’t buy a home there based on promises of amenities. Many nice hard working homeowners has been there waiting a few years for amenities promised such as a the lagoon that changed into a pool. I’m sure the pool will be built within the next few years. But feel free to drive to use the other neighborhood amenities while you wait for your own to start construction.
