This is a beautiful little community. Most of the people here have families and children I would say overall I would give it A. Lately, though we have struggled with management on the site as we have had a lot of our returns lately. However, they are working on it yesterday we just got brand new washers and dryers that were desperately needed or playground. Used to be really nice but unfortunately, bigger adults got on the slides and broke them. Two slides were broke now it is not safe for the little kids to play, which is very sad. The pool has always been gorgeous, but due to lack of personnel and the funds to keep a poor person our pool has really gone bad. It is super green but I believe that they are working on it. Elisa was a great manager, she was extremely helpful and efficient. The maintenance requests sometimes got forgotten, but I know it's only because there are so many tenants. I'd definitely rent from them again.

Great place to live. Great Management and maintenance.

Eliza hates working. Her rent free apartment is directly above the office. Trying to get a hold of management is a nightmare. I can’t stress enough that the manager hates working. I can speak from personal experience of a couple of years that she spent more time doing walk-throughs of people’s apartments… Or in her home that she’s living in rent free while being paid to do a job she’s not doing. Also she’s a Trump supporter.
