I have no problem with the staff, they're great! But please STOP TURNING OFF THE WATER!

I’ve been at this complex for a while and I’ve noticed the managers has done several changes to help make the community better. Parking permits are provided and required, I am able to find parking. They do follow the rules on the lease, so it’s important you read it through. Managers and maintenance are good at handling things quickly. The complex is becoming a better environment to live at and I’m happy with the changes. They also have an app called Appfolio Portal to help put in maintenance repairs, pay rent & receive updates through text message.

First and foremost, the admin are very nice here. I just have issues with some the people who live here, delivery packages/bags are stolen from your front door moments after they are delivered, cars are vandalized and broken into normally, it is gated parking, however the thieves live in this complex. If you happen to live under or over anyone who has bugs, you have to pay for service to keep them from traveling to your place. The pool doesn't get serviced too many times during the season, it get overly used and water looks milky just DAYS after its cleaned. People let their dogs poop every where and don't pick up, the office admin sends out mass text to tenants reminding then the rules and regulations it's just the people who live here don't care what so ever. Apartment walls are very thin so u can hear everything your neighbors are doing and if you get a downstairs apartment like we did the people upstairs don’t care. And I heard the same from other people in the building. The ceiling sounds like it’s going to cave in every time someone walks. Maintenance and management are really good and handled in a timely manner. Parking spaces are limited and it is very hard to find parking if you have extra vehicle. Kids play around allot so you will hear banging on your doors

The management staff work hard to make sure that we all live in a fun and safe community/enviromment! They strive to have their residents happy and comfortable. Newly remodeled and clean units. Can’t beat the rent price either!
