do not rent here! it hasnt even been half a year and we’re over it. people will damage your property (car, things that may be at the front of your door) and because there are NO CAMERAS to be seen they can pretty much just get away with it. not to mention the floorboards are shifting, leaving gaps in between, the garbage disposal has stopped working and no one has come to fix it (its been over a week and yes we have called). if you have dogs let it be known while they do haver a sort of pit for them some people do not clean up after their dogs and its disgusting watching it build up. same with the trash in and around the parking area, it seems that people like to snack and throw it around as if there is not a dumpster 10 feet away. OH YEAH lets not forget random people getting in and sleep

Nice place to live if you want your car broken into and or parts stolen. The management doesn't listen to you. This is not a safe place to live. Not worth the money.

Where I basically started my family of six . Sierra townhomes management is very fair and easy to get ahold of and they don’t harass you every six months or knocking on your door all the time. Housing was a great experience for my first time renting. Rent prices are very great compared to another town house price, I honestly think for the amount of space rent should cost 1800 but it’s way better than average rent.

So far the manager is probably the best landlord to date as far as landlords go. Amazing first impression, super helpful,very straight forward and really nice. All though we just moved in we love it so far. I would definitely recommend this place and as far as bang for your buck I'd say its pretty average for Reno to date. You can't just rent a house for 1,000.00 dollars anymore, thanks Tesla, anyways yes. Five stars all the way.

*I haven't signed a lease yet, & I'm not sure if we will yet, but I still felt like I needed to write this review* I inquired about 2 different properties within 2 different phone calls and ended up spending over an hour and a half, maybe even closer to 2 hrs, with the ABSOLUTELY MOST Amazing Patient, Well Knowledgeable, & Kind Assistant Property Manager I've ever come across. It’s never easy or pleasant to call around trying to find a new home, but I can honestly say my 2 phone calls with this APM at Latitude Property Management was VERY pleasant with smiles & laughter going on and not only did I get ALL my questions answered, but she was sincere when she said... "Let me know if you have any further questions." It's extremely difficult for hubby & I to just run around to look at different
