Sierra Royale Apartments

My husband was scheduled for a tour yesterday at 5 - front office closed. He waited while we had to cal, Leasing agent was inside for a meeting which is understandable but even so she just hands him an application and tells himself he can tour the apartment. I came myself to view and closed. You cant get a hold of front desk and I called central office who originally scheduled us - they stated to call ahead of time even though the tour they scheduled was ahead of time. And even if you wanted to call, you CANT. Doesn't even ring

Randi Carrillo Helped me and my brother through the whole process making everything seem easy and simple. This is the first time owning an apartment so was kinda worried but she helped perfectly

If it wasn't for Randi and all the help she did to get us into this amazing place I don't know where we would be right now !! We absolutely love our new home and Randi is so sweet and I am so grateful for the staff as well. They go beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. I give them a 5* plus and would recommend this beautiful place to anyone. I want to take the time to say thank you so much Randi and staff for everything!!!!!

The leasing manager Randi, made our entire experience stress free. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to move in the short time frame we had. Constant communication and updates through out the entire process. She also made sure my children were comfortable while I filled out lengthy paper work. Quite complex, with nice amenities. Would definitely recommend these apartments. Forever grateful for all that Randi did to make sure we made it into our new home.

Randi is amazing, we couldn't ask for a better manager! Maintenance is quick, I love it here Update: things are still better than ever here over a year later. Everyone is fantastic and caring. Update! Everything continues to be beyond amazing. Randi is kind and understands life, maintenance is also great!
