There are such amazing people! Work with you and helps as much as they can ! I very much recommend them there super nice and respectful! Apartments r so nice and clean and amazing !

So glad I had Sarah to help me. She was very kind and helpful in getting our apartment. The rest of the office was great too also friendly when I came in. we had some problems connecting our bank account thankfully Sarah was very willing to help. I recommend this office when looking for an apartment!

Sierra Ridge offers a an awesome living space and a good community! I’ve been living here for 4ish years and it’s been great! The location is nice as well. The staff for Sierra Ridge, Goldmark have always been super helpful and always really kind, pleasant, and welcoming!

My living in this Goldmark property has been the best experience I’ve had in my 20 years of renting. I very much enjoy the office ladies and visit occasionally just to talk about my day with Megan. She’s always super fun and personable and makes sure any maintenance request I have gets fulfilled. Stuart is a really great maintenance guy as well and I always tell him thank you. It’s a nice area with so many businesses nearby. I’m really happy here.
