If I could give a negative number for a review I would. They are the 3 property management company I've dealt with for the same listing I've live in in less than 2 years. They are currently telling me I failed to pay my rent because I told them I was going to put my rent into escrow as they will not make any repairs and are currently trying to evict my children and myself after they refused to take my rent after they posted notice. Let us go without gas for almost a month in winter and then told me the weren't responsible for provisions. Do not rent from them.. they are literally working out a crack hotel in downtown Toledo.

I am not sure which brother is holding my husbands pay but we are one day away from getting our utilities shut off and losing our home because of it. My husband likes his job, works 40+ hours per week and provides quality work. This is the Kansas City location and Martin Wilson places the blame on his brother, Ronald. The other crew hasn't been paid either. Insulting and narcissistic UNPROFESSIONALS!!! Promise to pay. Promise to pay.

This company deff has not scammed nobody and pocketing 4000$ get real.they were completely paid outfor the work that was completed. its no ones fault if they spent the money before arriving home. How about the job your husbandand father and law got paid to do and they not only accepted the full pay saying it was complete when it wasnt even 1/4tg of the way completed. Who in the world has felony warrent lol you are spreading lies about someone online which can get you in legal trouble and at this point action will be taken. As far as the apartment goes you were told the rent price your husband signed a lease with that amount on it. Have used Sierra Real Estate to manage my property. For the whole year they left my property untenanted, did not send me any updates and kept on charging me monthly bills for their service. Unacceptable.

I have worked with this company for a few years. I have found the staff and their policies to be straight forward and fair. Some of my family rents from them and the homes have been well kept.
