If you are are renter, RUN from this company. Absolutely ridiculous security deposit return. Used professional cleaners recommended by manager (to the tune of $700). Paid her handsomely and she missed some “adhesive” on the floor. It was rug tape. Would have taken two minutes to pull up and wipe down. We just didn’t see it or we would have. We were charged one hundred dollars for this. We’ve rented before and have never not received back a full deposit. We have never not passed a navy home inspection with flying colors. In addition, we are also homeowners/landlords our self and would never dream of keeping so much from a deposit on a house left sparkling. Over $900 deducted for absolute bull. We got in touch with R.C Herrera in 2021 when we moved to Fallon. We wanted to potentially flip a house but the prices were peaking so it wasn’t the right time for us. Don’t use them! An agent whose name is Elizabeth Grace works for this office and does not seem to understand time management very well. When we worked with her to sell a house she had a couple times where she would get something my husband and I had to look at and sign, but would not send it to us till either the evening time or the following day. She seems to think it’s ok to speak to non clients of hers about things involving her clients. And then let those people inform her clients of said information. Example, we did the initial walk through of the house, told her what would be staying, she never said no we couldn’t do that. Then when we were getting ready to move, it was actually the last moving day and she informed my grandma and aunt who helped us that literally everything had to go
