Sierra Hermosa Apartments

Lived here for going on 3 years and nothing ever gets fixed. They have maintenance workers who don't even understand what they are supposed to be fixing or how to fix it. You put in a work order and they mark it as complete when it was only half done and don't even tell you that they marked it as complete. Every single unit has BLACK MOLD! Code enforcement has tagged multiple units as uninhabitable and the office just took those tags off the doors without fixing anything. They closed all but 1 entrance and exit putting anyone who has to walk in danger of being ran over by all the people who drive through the complex at 20 mph because there are no usable sidewalks, all the sidewalks are about 2 feet wide and people pull their cars all the way forward to the point of blocking the sidewalk, a

Disgusting, awful, horrific experience. I had to break my lease and move out of this harmful environment. My unit was INFESTED with roaches and rats, I had dealt with neither prior nor after moving out, only in this residence at Sierra Hermosa Apts/Townhomes on Las Vegas Trails. Pest control did nothing, I would set up my own glue traps and continuously kill the rodents on my own and would have to discard on my own and I was only able to get the baby ones and never was able to get the parents or close to getting them all. I could hear them run around DAY and NIGHT, squeaking and burrowing in the walls, they LIVED in the vent system so therefore me and my child whom already had allergies and asthma had to breathe in daily rodent hairs/feces/urine and DECAYING matter. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The leasing agent, Kat, helped me get all my paperwork done and answered all my questions. Happy to have moved here and so far everything has been great

Lived here for 2 years, no lie my first unit ceiling caved in from pooling on the rood and was never fixed until my lease needed so we had to abandon the one bedroom in the unit due to the water leaking in. The second unit was moderately better but still had AC issues, no hot water most of my lease, and water shut off consistently. If you are desperate like I was then it is what it is, but just know you are going to some terribly maintained apartments.

Kat and Cynthia were great! They were nice the apartment is very affordable looks very nice on the property and inside the units. Definitely would refer friends and family
