I want to start off by Saying I’m Highly Appreciative With Sara Paz , From the point of initiation, To the Point of Moving in right away took care of the little Flaws and on top of her game when it came to following up. More Than Grateful,A place that I can Feel at Home. From the Outside it doesn’t Look like A lot but I will say the Unit is Beautiful from the Inside . And a Big thank you to her once more and the Staff for taking care of it right away.

Worse place ever 😪 when I tell you fraud, it's fraud. Dont let that innocent face of jewels however you spell her name get you. They are literally moving everybody in without hot water. It's been 3 months of no hot water. The apartment floods all the time from the pipes, the toilets over flows & always stop working, poop will flow up into your tub, THE AC, drips continuously, the light in the kitchen fell out the roof. This place is fraud & if you try yo break your lease they will charge you for the remaining stay. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!! WORSE PLACE EVER. THEY WILL ALSO TOW YOUR CAR EVEN IF IT'S REGISTERED TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE'S. RUN RUN RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN, FRAUD ALERT FRAUD ALERT FRAUD ALERT. YOU WILL BE MOVED INTO A UNIT WITHOUT HOT WATER

I’ve been here two years and I’m still loving the space that I have in this apartment! Sarah and her team are very professional and compassionate! She has been very helpful since we met her and we are grateful ! She hired nothing but respectful employees and they treat my family as their own!I have had all of my appliances fixed in this last week. The maintenance team needs to be bought lunch! lol it’s hot and I see them working from 6am sometimes till 7/pm trying to get everyone taking care of ! Overall this is the place to be.Looking forward to another year here till I get my house !🙏🏾🩷

Sara has been the best of all time leasing lady! I give her and her property all horns 🎉 I will definitely refer family n friends! The remodel apartments was everything I expected

Slumlords…moved me in a unit with NO HOT WATER. Suffered from several leaks & a flood within a month of leasing. AC leaks (can’t use it) Towed my vehicle from an authorized spot. Avoided rent reduction now we’re on going to court :) I talked with a few neighbors who are currently suffering and will sign my petition. The office staff are liars and will ghost you after move in.
