The association fee will go up every year and repairs remain amateur. Things will get repaired by the association workers instead of professionals so you can only imagine that you'll see work being done consistently. Half the units electricity is bound to go out at least once a year at the worst time of years like in December. The president will use the property pool for himself and lock everybody out. The people are friendly though, management has good intentions though they make life harder for everybody with poor choices.

The neighbors who live across from me do not follow any rules. The outside of their condo is cluttered with plants. This makes our complex look like low cost housing. We're pretty close to beautiful homes from the Coronado Country Club, and because of my neighbors I feel like I'm living in south El Paso.

It s a really peaceful area. All the neiboors mind their own business, the apartments are separate for privacy and comfy. There's never any bug problems. Some apartments are not alowed to have their own washer or dryers so there's a laundry building. I am in one of those apartments. I haven't managed to get in it and they are resilient to give a key. That is the only complaint I have. I haven't been able to wash my clothes at the appertment yet. edit: I am now leaving the apartment, the washers are fixed and you can use credit cards on some of them. The only trouble i now have is that the owner has been harassing me to leave earlier than agreed dew to wanting to show off the apartment while im still in it. Other than these few hiccups i have enjoyed my stay.
