Sierra Del Oro Apartments

I just wated to share how impressed I’ve been with Alontro. Hes the new maintenance supervisor. He is extremely hardworking, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Whenever I’ve seen him around the property, he’s always approachable and willing to help. It’s clear that he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly.

I just moved in this week and it started off as a horrible experience with how many things went wrong (Sorry if I misspell the name) but the maintenance supervisor Alontro is awesome! He really took care of me when he came out and made moving here feel like a good experience with his knowledge and expertise of correct maintenance practices and making sure this felt like more of a home for me which is why instead of giving 1-2 stars I am giving this complex a 5 star. He really turned it around. Keep this guy around please 🙏🏼

Yes 1 star, let me say this has nothing to do with staff, the complex is nice HOWEVER one of the most important things you need for a home is an absolute debacle here, that is receiving YOUR MAIL OR PACKAGES the naming conventions of apartments here are in my experience extremely difficult for Amazon, USPS, etc to deliver effectively. I get other people's mail, my pages get delivered to other people's apartments. Your mail box number should be your apartment number right? NAH, its an entire different number and I think this confuses usps since I keep getting mail and packages misdelivered. Every building here starts with a different letter but every building still contains the same apartment number so a rushing postal person places it at the right number but to the wrong building. I’m a resident of Sierra Del Oro and I must say I love living here. Firstly, it’s like living in a resort here, nature is everywhere, and the complex itself is well maintained. Second, I have been fortunate to live with conscientious neighbors. While it seems that all of us in the building have pets, noise is controlled, and my neighbors aren’t “standoff-ish”. Third is the maintenance have addressed my issues timely. I have read some posts about poor maintenance response but it has not been my experience. I placed a request to fix/replace my washer on a Monday and one of the techs, Anthony, I believe is his name came, assessed, and had a replacement ordered. The washer came Saturday - same week.
